Whether you are starting (or nurturing) a business, pursuing creative dreams like launching a YouTube channel, Podcast, blog, writing a book, or any other creative project, THE VISIONARY is about helping you become the creative director of your dreams and life.

This isn’t about checking goals off your to-do list or rushing towards your next achievement. This is about softening into the truest version of you who is relaxed, trusting, and open to life.   • In our first meeting I asked for support. To have someone help me, hold me through what I was currently going through at that time. I was grieving a death and some other losses and had done a lot of work on my own to heal yet I felt alone and confused and wanted support. I happened across her live in Insight timer and her meditation opened up something in me. From there I looked her up on IG to see if I felt a pull, which I did. Then I messaged her about her ‘spiritual coaching” (which interested me). We had a video call/interview, in which I unexpectedly broke down. Her reassurance, energy, gentleness and listening skills told me what she had to offer was where I needed to be. It was a full body Yes! Something I hadn’t felt in many years. A knowing without knowing of the journey I was about to partake on, but I was willing to find out. So our Journey began, and I am beyond grateful and humbled, and am unable to articulate ALL of what I gained from our experience together. Pure Magic is how I would describe my experience with Aaliyah.

    Aaliyah was a mirror to my soul. She brought me to places within myself and gave me clarity of who I truly am. But not by telling me who I am, but by guiding me there. By helping me find the parts within myself that I was hiding from or not accepting. Her ability to hold space in the moments I was in deep sorrow or guilt or any of those emotions I usually hide and or shut down was profound. She sat with me, with no words, no advice, no trying to get me out of it and let me weep (be it, all of this was through video chat). Telling me to feel it. Comforting me by letting me know it was ok. For me, that brought life to my soul. To be witnessed in my messiness, to be embarrassed and ashamed and to also feel safe enough to sit with myself in her presence and allow the emotions to be felt and expressed. She saw me. Aaliyah was a safe space for me to show all parts of myself. Which for me was scary as shit being I found comfort in pushing through, sucking it up and pulling it together when those emotions showed up. The way she stayed present in those moments gave me a visual of how I can be there for myself. Being a visual person I didn’t know how to be gentle with myself and allow myself to be with myself in those moments.

    Aaliyah wasn’t a quick fix, do this get that type of coach. She was a home for me. A safe space for me to grow within. She was the mother, father, friend, ally and mirror to all the voids I was searching for outside myself. She brought me home. She gave me a home within her heart so I knew what a safe home my own heart IS. ‘My vessel, my body is safe’- spending 3 months with this beautiful woman reminded me of that.

    My life has changed since working with Aaliyah because I am more embodied. I am confident in who I am. I am grounded and secure within. I’m starting to feel like a better version of an old self I used to try to find or get back to. I see my life clearly and it is much easier to get back in my own lane when I step outside myself or fall into old patterns or beliefs that no longer serve me today. She supported me in embodying my inner masculine and feminine, my inner knowing and my highest self. I feel alive again. Connected to myself.
